Insurance task force wants more Oklahomans to sign up
State enrollment has been rising in small-business assistance plan.

The Insure Oklahoma program is enrolling about 1,000 uninsured Oklahomans each month, but members of a state health care task force said Tuesday more can be done to promote the state-sponsored health insurance premium assistance program.

"We could do a better job of advertising our health care program,” said Rep. Kris Steele, R-Shawnee , co-chairman of the state Health Care Reform Task Force.
