Interfaith prayer program for tornado victims is postponed

by Carla Hinton Published: May 30, 2013

Several leaders with the Interfaith Alliance of Oklahoma contacted me today to see if I could get the word out that the Interfaith Prayer Service for tornado victims that was scheduled for tonight in Oklahoma City has been postponed.

The event has been rescheduled to 6:30 p.m. June 6 at the Raindrop Turkish House.

Sarbjit “Sabi” Singh, the alliance’s president, said the gathering was postponed because of the severe weather predicted for the metro area and other areas of the state today.
