• Education: East Central High School in Tulsa; University of Oklahoma, bachelor’s in interior design.
• Family: Barry Hafar, special judge of the district court of Oklahoma County and husband of 24 years (they met at a fitness center and were married two years later).
• Civic/professional affiliations: OU advisory board — interiors division; International Interior Design Association and American Society of Interior Designers. She’s certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification.
• Pastimes: Step aerobics, circuit training, OU sports, travel (she and Barry took a Mediterranean cruise for their 20th anniversary) and furnishing a new custom-built home in Edmond.
