DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Iowa State senior linebacker Jake Knott has been named the Big 12's Defensive Player of the Week for the second time in his career.

Knott had six tackles in Saturday's 9-6 win at rival Iowa. Knott also made the game's biggest play when he intercepted Iowa quarterback James Vandenberg with 1:11 left to seal Iowa State's second straight win over the Hawkeyes.

Kansas State quarterback Collin Klein was tabbed the league's offensive player of the week by a panel of media members who cover the conference.

Deante' Gray of TCU was the Big 12's top performer on special teams.
