Jack Hanna to lecture in Oklahoma City

Zookeeper to talk about animal kingdom, show off popular creatures

Jack Hanna will lecture about the animal world at the OKC Town Hall meeting at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 17 at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 222 NW 15.

Hanna is a zookeeper and the director emeritus of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

His talk on “Jack Hanna's Into the Wild” will be accompanied by staff members and some of their favorite animals from the Columbus Zoo. Hanna is well-known for his “Jack Hanna's Animal Adventures,” which is televised to 96 percent of American households and 62 foreign countries. He has made many guest appearances on talk shows and has achieved six publications including his autobiography, “Monkeys on the Interstate,” and several children's books.
