STILLWATER — Matt Pilgrim stood in the middle of a sea of Oklahoma State students with a black and orange wig on his head and a big smile on his face.

It felt good to take care of business.

The Cowboys took a huge step towards securing an NCAA Tournament bid with an 82-75 win over No. 22 Baylor at Gallagher-Iba Arena on Saturday afternoon.

And they have "Big Game” James Anderson and Keiton Page to thank for the win.

"Big-time players make big-time plays,” Baylor forward Ekpe Udoh said. "Keiton Page and James Anderson were on fire tonight.”

Anderson scored 31 points on 9-of-17 shooting from the field, including 5-of-8 from the three-point line, while Page added 22 points on 7-of-12 shooting from the field, including 5-of-8 from the three-point line.

The Cowboys finished 14 of 25 (56 percent) from the 3-point line as OSU improved to 19-7 overall, 7-5 in the Big 12. Baylor dropped to 20-6, 7-5.

"They were playing together, moving the ball, driving and kicking,” Baylor guard Tweety Carter said. "(They did) everything a coach would want you to do. They played their best ball tonight.”

OSU has become accustomed to Anderson — the Big 12’s leading scorer at 23.7 points per game — leading the way with his dynamic offensive game. But it was his versatility which helped make the difference against the Bears.
