Country music superstar Jason Aldean is bringing his “Night Train Tour” to Chesapeake Energy Arena for a March 1 show.

Tickets for the Oklahoma City show will go on sale at 10 a.m. Jan. 17, the venue announced today. Tickets will be available at,the arena box office, or via phone at (800) 745-3000.

Popular newcomers Florida Georgia Line and Tyler Farr will open the show.

With more than 8.5 million records sold and 12 No. 1 hits under his belt, Aldean released one of 2012′s most anticipated country albums, the platinum-selling “Night Train.” His fifth studio album, it will vie for the best country album prize Jan. 26 at the Grammy Awards.

The Georgia native sold out each of the shows on his previous “My Kinda Party Tour,” often in minutes the day they went on sale. He has broken more than 40 venue attendance records, and the tour went on to sell 1.9 million tickets. He also sold out four stadium shows during his 2013 “Night Train Tour.”

His last album, 2010′s multi-platinum “My Kinda Party,” was the top-selling country album of 2011 and the fifth best seller across all genres. It spawned five consecutive No. one hits including the triple-platinum “Dirt Road Anthem” and the crossover smash “Don’t You Wanna Stay” featuring Kelly Clarkson. In 2011, Aldean also won his first two Country Music Association awards, with “My Kinda Party” securing the coveted Album of the Year trophy.

Aldean will launch the 2014 leg of his “Night Train Tour” Jan. 16 in Des Moines, Iowa. The tour will run through March 15.

But the superstar won’t be resting on his laurels. Aldean announced this week the details of his “Burn It Down Tour” that will kick off May 1 in Roanoke, Va., and continue on to roughly 50 cities through the end of the year. That trek will hit baseball stadiums across the country, including Nationals Park (Washington, D.C.), Citizens Bank Park (Philadelphia), PNC Park (Pittsburgh) and Great American Ball Park (Cincinnati, Ohio. Aldean’s 2014 “Burn It Down Tour” follows sellouts at some of the nation’s most legendary venues including University of Georgia’s Sanford Stadium, Wrigley Field, a two-night stand at Fenway Park, Madison Square Garden and the Hollywood Bowl.
