Jewelry Workshop on Saturday June 22

The Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art hosts "Beginning Jewelry 2 Clinic" with Patti Eayre on Saturday, June 22, at 10am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm. The workshop is for ages 16 and up who have mastered the basic wire wrap connection.  Workshop tuition is $95, with discounts for seniors, teachers, students, and museum members.  All supplies are included in the workshop. Students must bring basic beginning 1 tools. An expanded tool kit is included.

The workshop is appropriate for persons 16 years old through adult who have completed Beginning 1 Jewelry or those who have mastered simple wire wrapped connections. This class is an extension of Beginning 1 Jewelry and will cover techniques such as cage wrapped beads, various open and closed spirals, painted patina, wire finishing, and clasp making.
