John Farrell fined for negative remarks about replay Published: April 15, 2014

After saying it's hard to have faith in the new replay system, Red Sox manager John Farrell has been fined by Major League Baseball.

The former Oklahoma State player and assistant coach was docked an undisclosed amount of money by the league after he said it was "hard to have any faith in the system," when talking about the new replay system implemented into baseball this season.

The league is setting an NBA-esque precedent with Farrell, who is believed to be the first MLB coach to be fined for criticizing the new replay system.
