Judge won’t delay trial in journalist’s killing
LITTLE ROCK , Ark. — An Arkansas judge has ruled against delaying the trial of a man accused of killing a television anchorwoman.
Pulaski County Judge Chris Piazza rejected arguments that Curtis Lavelle Vance might be mentally disabled and that his trial should be delayed so more tests can be run.
