Jury finds McAlester man not guilty of felony drug charge

A Pittsburg County jury came back with a not-guilty verdict in a felony drug case for a McAlester man, according to The McAlester News-Capital.

The paper reports that James Ruben Williams, 45, was facing a felony charge of possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

The jury recommended Williams be sentenced to serve one year in the county jail.
