NORMAN — Jury selection continues Tuesday in the trial of a former University of Oklahoma professor accused of sexual abuse and making indecent proposals to children.
Dwain Pellebon is accused of sexually abusing several young girls. He has denied the allegations.
Pellebon is charged with three counts of child sexual abuse and six counts of lewd or indecent proposals to children. A local newspaper reports that attorneys will continue questioning potential jurors Tuesday in the case.
At a preliminary hearing last year, six female witnesses testified that Pellebon inappropriately touched them, sometimes caressing them or performing massages.
Pellebon resigned as a social work professor at OU shortly after he was charged in 2011.
