Adams “aided and abetted Jaymie Adams in engaging in acts of prostitution,” participating in criminal conduct “that resulted in the death of Jaymie Adams,” according to court records.

Justin Adams reported his wife missing in the early hours of Dec. 10, 2011. He told investigators that he and his wife were “swingers,” who both actively used Craigslist to solicit men for sex.

Adams said Jaymie Adams was a working prostitute who was meeting clients the night she disappeared.

Adams is expected to testify as a witness in the first-degree murder trial of Joseph Richard Cyr, 32, who is now charged with the deaths of Jaymie Adams and her child.

Cyr told investigators that he spoke with Jaymie Adams electronically but did not meet her. A DNA sample taken from her body matched Cyr's profile.

Cyr's preliminary hearing on the murder charges is April 5.
