Jaguars receiver Justin Blackmon recently had groin surgery but could still be ready for the July 26 start of training camp.
Blackmon did limited work during the last two weeks of the Jaguars’ offseason workouts and was held out of the minicamp finale on June 14.

Even though he is suspended for the first four regular season games (without pay) after violating the NFL’s Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse, Blackmon remains eligible to play in the Jaguars’ four preseason game, starting Aug. 9 against Miami.
