LOS ANGELES (AP) — Clayton Kershaw of the Los Angeles Dodgers is pitching a no-hitter through seven innings against the Colorado Rockies.
The two-time Cy Young Award winner had not allowed a baserunner until Corey Dickerson reached on a two-base throwing error by shortstop Hanley Ramirez to start the seventh.
That is the only runner Kershaw has permitted.
Kershaw has struck out 12 batters, including all three in the sixth inning. He has thrown 93 pitches, 65 for strikes.
The Dodgers lead 8-0.
