“I watched the game again ... and his head was above the rim, so it was impressive. It was one of the most impressive dunks that I've ever seen.”

Thunder big man Kendrick Perkins said, “It was nasty. It was up there. It was definitely a top-notch dunk. He did what he had to do, and I like what he did after the fact. It showed toughness. It showed heart.”

What Durant did was bark at Haywood and draw a technical foul.

Not that anyone seemed to care.

“To me, they should've had a KD Alert like they did Blake Griffin with a dunk like that,” Robinson said of the ESPN feature that cut into programming this past season to show especially nasty dunks from the Clippers rookie. “Everybody needed an alert.”
