Players to Watch
•OU quarterback Sam Bradford: The freshman has played his best on OU's biggest stages. But none will be bigger than tonight's.

How he responds will be critical if the Sooners are to win their first back-to-back Big 12 championship under Bob Stoops.

•Missouri running back Tony Temple: Temple didn't play in the first meeting between these two teams, leaving Missouri without a rushing game.

But since his return, the Tigers have been effective running the ball. Against Kansas, Temple had 22 carries for 98 yards.

Key Matchup
•Missouri receivers vs. OU secondary: The Tigers have three NFL-quality receiving options in tight ends Martin Rucker and Chase Coffman and slot receiver Jeremy Maclin.

OU's defensive backs will need to play like they did against OSU, not like they did against Texas Tech, to keep the Tigers from pouring on the points.
