Kiowa County ponders liquor by the drink
HOBART - Kiowa County commissioners will decide on Monday whether county residents should vote to lift the countywide ban on the sale of liquor by the drink.
If approved by the commission, voters will decide the issue in November's general election.
If approved, it won't be the first time voters were given this choice — in 2004 the measure was defeated 680-620.
