Kites to soar during LibertyFest in Edmond
EDMOND — Dozens of kites are expected to fly with the summer breeze during KiteFest, one of the 11 LibertyFest events this week in Edmond.
The KiteFest celebration is from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at J.L. Mitch Park , 1501 W Covell Road. A demonstration of lighted kites is at sundown Saturday.
