EAST GREENVILLE, Pa. (AP) — Knoll Inc., a furniture and textile maker, on Monday named Craig B. Spray as its senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Spray, 45, succeeds Barry McCabe, who announced in April that he wants to retire after 22 years at Knoll. McCabe, 66, will remain with the company as executive vice president to assist with a transition period ending no later than Feb. 28.
Knoll, based in East Greenville, Pa., said that Spray brings extensive experience as a financial leader in a design-driven business.
Spray worked most recently as executive vice president and chief financial officer of MasterBrand Cabinets Inc., the kitchen and bath cabinetry subsidiary of Fortune Brands Home & Security Inc.
Shares of Knoll fell 6 cents to $17.05 by midday Monday, in line with a broader market dip.
