Lakers' Pau Gasol out against Thunder; Kobe Bryant misses shootaround in OKC

The Los Angeles Lakers' Pau Gasol, who has been sidelined with a hamstring injury, will not play tonight against the Oklahoma City Thunder or on Wednesday against Houston.

Lakers star Kobe Bryant, the 2008 league MVP, skipped the Lakers' shootaround Tuesday afternoon at the Ford Center, reportedly with flu-like symptoms.

When asked if Bryant would play against the Thunder Tuesday night, Lakers coach Phil Jackson said, "Usually he plays in these type situations."

Yea paul the lakers have sold them out, and you can expect things to be lower when the world series is going on. Once oklahoma becomes oklahoma and theres nothing to do anymore the poeple will once again flock to game in boredom and sell the place out everynight

Well, we'll see if the Lakers can make the "newly reduced seating" Ford a sellout tonight.

The dunder didn't sell out the 2nd home game of the year...seems early in the season for attendance to be waning already....
