‘Last minute' funds could mean victory parties for some hopefuls

The two Republican contenders for an unexpired term on the Oklahoma Corporation Commission continue to gather money in their closely contested race, and efforts at collecting last-minute money stepped up in several legislative races, campaign reports filed Monday show.
