Leonez Roman Campos, 40, was arrested in the 1100 block of N Meta Street, an Oklahoma County Sheriff’s spokesman said.
Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents tried to serve Campos with two warrants about 11 a.m. near NW 30 and Portland Avenue , and he fled a store parking lot in a pickup, spokesman Mark Myers said. The chase ended about 12:30 p.m.
A passenger in Campos’ pickup wasn’t arrested because the p erson was not involved with Campos’ warrants or fleeing from authorities, Myers said.
Campos was wanted on charges of kidnapping with intent to extort and trafficking of illegal drugs.
