Oklahoma lawmakers, Henry spar over budget
Legislative leaders and the governor are wrestling to find the best approach to deal with a budget crisis that has state government in a vise grip.
Tightening its hold by relying mostly on budget cuts could devastate state services, warns the governor, who has proposed several ideas to raise more money for state government, like suspending or eliminating some tax credits and expanding a tax on Internet sales.
