Oklahoma lawsuit claims Hulbert house fire caused by computer malfunction
Claims that a faulty computer sparked a house fire in Hulbert have moved to federal court.
Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Co. contends a malfunctioning laptop computer was responsible for the May 29, 2007, fire that caused significant damage to the Cherokee County home of customers Maurice and Penny Gifford.
