Lawsuit: TU violated federal law in rape investigation

BY CARY ASPINWALL and KELLY HINES, Tulsa World Published: August 18, 2014

A lawsuit filed in federal court Monday alleges the University of Tulsa violated federal law and was negligent in investigating rape claims made against one of its student athletes earlier this year.
