Lawton offensive lineman Jalin Barnett, one of the top recruits in the state for the 2015 class, has narrowed his choice to two.
Barnett said he will choose between Oklahoma and Arkansas, though a choice is not eminent.
The 6-foot-3, 303-pound offensive guard said he will still take his five officials visits this fall and decide during the season.
Barnett said in addition to OU and Arkansas, he plans to visit Oregon State and Tennessee, with the fifth visit being up in the air.
His grandfather said he would like to see Barnett stay close to home so the family could watch him play regularly, though he said it was solely Barnett’s decision to make.
Barnett also has offers from Oklahoma State, Alabama, Auburn, Stanford, Texas Tech and UCLA among others.
Barnett, who was No. 1 on The Oklahoman’s initial Super 30 ranking of the state’s top recruits for 2015, is a four-star recruit by Rivals and the recruiting site lists him as the No. 6 offensive guard in the nation.
