Still a felony
Regarding "School skips shooting report” (news story, Feb. 25): A felony is still a felony whether it’s reported or not. By their actions, Haileyville Public Schools officials who chose not to report the possession of a gun by a student(s) and the firing of the gun on school property are telling citizens that they’re above the law.
