Making It Happen: John Richels and Lee Allan Smith were co-chairmen; Gene Rainbolt was patron chairman; other chairmen were Gennie & Bob Johnson, Toni and Tom Casso, Becky and Barry Switzer, Bev and Roy Smith, Gale and Lee Bollinger, Sally and Bill Hood, Julie Sloan, William Orr, Christy Glenn, Kerry Myers and Alice Dahlgren.
Program: Ed Murray was master of ceremonies, Richels welcomed the crowd of more than 400, Mark Fried gave the opening remarks, Dr. Bob Long, the invocation, and Mark Funke presented the Maureen Regan Award to Jim Morris. Lee Allan Smith introduced Becky Switzer, the keynote speaker, who gave a poignant recount of her mother's progression into the stages of Alzheimer's disease.
A silent auction and a live auction led by auctioneer Bill Rackley, moved along quickly as guests were anxious to return home in time for the Thunder game. Banana Seat played for dancing.

Chairmen: Campaign Co-Chairmen Tricia Everest and Jim Pickel headed a team of more than 130 volunteers, raising $3,095,027 for central Oklahoma's arts and cultural organizations. Honored for their local leadership and contributions to the community were Becky and Barry Switzer and Jeaneen and Robert Naifeh.
Event: 26th Annual Dean A. McGee Awards.

The Evening: Reception, dinner and awards. Honored were John Michael Williams who received the Dean A. McGee Award, Richard Sias who was presented the Stanley Draper Award and Steve Mason who was awarded the Neal Horton Award.
