The return of Open Flame came on a gorgeous October evening for three of Oklahoma City’s most gifted chefs: Josh Partain of Rococo, Henry Boudreaux of The Museum Cafe and David Henry of The Coach House.

Our most recent Open Flame event was inspired by classic barbecue. With help from Back Door BBQ’s Kathryn Mathis and Kenny Talle, along with Scott Sears of Primo Ceramic Grills, the event in Oklahoma City presented pork, fish and beef in both straightforward and offbeat interpretations.
