OCU President Robert Henry said tenure clarity, the area for which OCU made the list, is an important part of the way the university conducts its business.

“We are honored to again be ranked with an elite group of colleges and universities that are among the very best to work for in the country,” Henry said in a statement. “Tenure clarity and process play a role in our efforts to recruit and retain extraordinary faculty. At Oklahoma City University, we have remarkable professors who give students personal attention and make learning fascinating.”
