LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas' capital city has been chosen to host the 2015 American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy's National Conference on Energy Efficiency as a Resource.
The conference is planned in Little Rock on Sept. 20-22, 2015. It's considered the country's premier conference on the role of energy efficiency as a utility system resource.
More than 500 people attend the conference each year. It's designed to bring together experts and utility industry stakeholders that include regulatory commissions, state governments, consultants, manufacturers, environmental organizations, consumer groups and research institutes.
Among the issues discussed are advances in the design and delivery of customer energy efficiency programs and the regulatory mechanisms that help make them possible.
