The Oklahoman's Darnell Mayberry and John Rohde, along with the Associated Press' Steve Reed, provided live coverage of the Thunder-Bobcats matchup tonight in Charlotte. Here's a recap of OKC's 116-94 victory.

5:47 p.m. Thunder in Charlotte tonight. Last time they played, OKC won by 45 points, which included a ridiculous 71-19 mid-game run.

5:52 p.m. I love Reggie Jackson. Y'all know I do. But homeboy's voice inflection during interviews can flat out put you to sleep. Lol

6:17 p.m. Who would have thought it would be a Serge Ibaka/Gerald Henderson duel tonight at TWCA? Hendo has 9, Ibaka has 8. Cats lead 16-15.

6:20 p.m. The Bobcats have lost eight straight games by 36, 30, 30, 22, 21, 17, 14 and 6 points. Brutal.

6:27 p.m. How do you feel if you're Minnesota? The Bobcats are 3-25 against the West this year and two of those wins are over the T'Wolves.

6:33 p.m. Bobcats lead Thunder 29-28 after the first quarter behind 11 from Henderson. Something tells me this lead is not safe.

6:35 p.m. Bill Simmons just called Russell Westbrook an All-NBA First Teamer on ESPN. Westbrook's playing like it lately.

6:35 p.m. Kemba Walker back on the floor to start the 2nd Q. He's not sat out yet. He'll see extra minutes with Ramon Sessions out.

6:35 p.m. Q1 is done in Charlotte. #Thunder trails #Bobcats 29-28. Serge w/8 pts. Thabo 7 pts/3 rebs. Thunder.nba.com for TV Companion

6:44 p.m. Oklahoma City has opened the 2nd Q on a 12-0 run. Reggie Williams in at point guard for the Bobcats as Kemba sits. Thunder up 41-29.

6:44 p.m. The Thunder bench is 10/15 shooting for 22 points in the first half. Impressive, even if it is the Bobcats.

6:46 p.m. The Thunder have opened the second quarter on an 19-0 run. They lead by 18. This one looks like it's over already.

6:46 p.m. The Thunder is on a 19-0 run to start the second quarter. Bobcats gonna Bobcat.

6:49 p.m. #Thunder leads Bobcats 49-33 and @KDTrey5 and @russwest44 have combined for four points.

6:51 p.m. Was that a reverse alley-oop dunk for Josh McRoberts? I'm thinking we'll see that on a highlight reel later on.

6:52 p.m. All any Thunder fan can hope is that the powers that be realize that 19-0run to start the second came against the Bobcats.

6:57 p.m. #Thunder was half-step slow at outset, no doubt dragging from last night's game in NYC, but no longer.

6:59 p.m. Kendrick Perkins travels then slams the ball for an automatic technical, his 11th on the season. #dumbanddumber

7:02 p.m. In the second quarter of their two games this season, the Thunder has outscored the Bobcats 72-32 combined.

7:04 p.m. #avecclasse RT @GreggDoyelCBS OKC Thunder GM Sam Presti called kid who hit game-winning basket on wrong hoop to show support

7:04 p.m. Thanks to 21-0 run, #Thunder takes 64-50 halftime lead over Bobcats. Last-second 3 by Thabo waved off.

7:05 p.m. Big 2nd qtr for #Thunder, outscoring #Bobcats 36-21. OKC leads at halftime 64-50. Check the box at thunder.nba.com. #balancedscoring

7:20 p.m. Perk scores. Everyone who has played has now scored for Thunder.

7:26 p.m. And that's why the #Thunder traded Byron Mullens -- defense. He can't stop Perk from 15 feet out.

7:29 p.m. Third quarter important for #Thunder. Needs big enough lead to rest starters in fourth quarter with four games in five days.

7:30 p.m. Derek Fisher just called @russwest44 over to share advice. There's a different feel around Fish this year. More of a coach.

7:38 p.m. KD didn't look so tired in that transition. #Thunder making a push to rest starters in fourth.

7:40 p.m. A Bobcats fans screamed out "OVER-RATED" after @KDTrey5 palmed the ball. Huh? Thought Carolina fans knew basketball.

7:40 p.m. Game I'd love to see: Bobcats against the Tulsa 66ers (with some of the Thunder assignees)

7:42 p.m. Thabo 3/3 3FG; Fisher 2/2 3FG; Martin 2/2 3FG; Thunder 9/15 (60% 3FG) and 61% FG.

7:42 p.m. Feels like I'm watching the Wizads circa 1998.

8:00 p.m. Who's No. 8???

8:09 p.m. Jeremy Lamb's shooting stroke is so silky. So smooth.

8:14 p.m. Thunder 230, Bobcats 163. OKC (easily) sweeps the two-game season-series.

8:15 p.m. See!!! Not even play-by-play man Brian Davis knows who No. 8 is. Called him Corey Brewer.

8:16 p.m. RT @anthonyVslater Kemba Walker is 3-of-18 shooting with a plus/minus of -56 in two games vs the Thunder this season.

8:18 p.m. Everybody plays, 6 finish in dbl-figs as #Thunder beats #Bobcats 116-94. Headed home to play #Celtics Sunday @ noon pic.twitter.com/yT9YDIpeU9
