GUTHRIE — Authorities say a deputy in Logan County wasn’t injured after shots were fired at his patrol car Sunday night.

Logan County Chief Deputy Richard Stephens says the deputy was on a routine call late Sunday when a bullet went through his driver’s side window. Stephens says the deputy wasn’t hurt and pursued the shooter.

Stephens tells a local television station that three suspects crashed their vehicle shortly thereafter and were taken into custody.

No names have been released, but Stephens says criminal charges are expected to be filed.
