Logan County authorities are asking for help locating a 14-year-old boy who is believed to have run away from his Guthrie home Thursday afternoon.

Authorities said Trance Rodenbough is about 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-8 inches tall, and was last seen at 11:30 a.m. at his residence on Sandy Lane in Guthrie wearing a corduroy jacket, white T-shirt with a wraparound design and blue jeans. He has dirty blond/brown hair in a mohawk style.

A neighbor in the area reported seeing a boy matching Rodenbough's description about 11:30 a.m. walking southbound on Sandy Lane.

Rodenbough suffers from attention deficit disorder and is a Type 1 diabetic on insulin, authorities said, and he did not take any diabetic supplies when he left. Family members said he has threatened to run away to be with relatives in Missouri in the past.

Those with information on Rodenbough's whereabouts should call the Logan County sheriff's office at (405) 260-3204.
