Longview man killed in one-car accident

A Longview, Texas, man was killed this morning in a one-vehicle accident in McCurtain County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Christopher R. Dayberry, 46, was southbound on U.S. 259 about a mile south of Smithville at about 6:30 a.m. when his pickup veered off the roadway to the left and struck two trees, the patrol said.

He was not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene, but his wife and passenger, Glenda Rae Dayberry, 53, was wearing a seat belt and was not hurt, the patrol said.

Well Cletus,
Ive seen numerous people telling You (you being the jerk here) that we dont care for your ignorant comments and yet you still post ignorant comments. Maybe this was the case with this poor man who lost his life. We all live and learn.

His wife and passenger were wearing seat belts and he wasn't..didn't they care enough to tell this jerk to buckle up?
