Look back at the 2008 NFL Draft, and you can see what the future might hold for Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford. Many pundits are predicting he’ll be a high first-round pick if he decides to declare himself eligible for next spring’s draft. What could that mean?

Matt Ryan

→Selected: No. 3 overall by Atlanta

→Contract: Signed a 6-year, $72 million contract with $34.75 million guaranteed.

The former Boston College standout has started every game for the resurgent Falcons. He’s thrown for almost 3,000 yards along with 14 touchdowns and seven interceptions. An ESPN The Magazine cover boy earlier this month, Ryan is one of the favorites for NFL Rookie of the Year honors.
