Oklahoma's lottery sees slight decline

The national economic recession is not having a large effect on Oklahoma lottery sales, lottery trustees were told Tuesday.

Lottery revenue is down about 2 percent compared with a year ago, said Jim Scroggins , lottery executive director.

"They’re still playing; they just may not play as much as they did,” he said.
