NEW YORK (AP) — A new Bronx housing development for low-income families features a rooftop "farm."

Arbor House also boasts indoor and outdoor fitness areas. And it has music and art in the stairwells to encourage walking.

Officials say the eight-story building is also energy-efficient and 100 percent smoke-free.
