Oregon

Odds: 10-1

LaMichael James isn't coming back, but it's no matter; Chip Kelly has plenty of speed left over. It's Kenjon Barner's time to take over at running back, for James. De'Anthony Thomas might be the best multi-purpose player in the country, and he'll only be a sophomore. The defense has its moments, but it's still very young. Trojans and Ducks will be a brawl — and they will likely play twice.

Arkansas

Odds: 15-1

The Hogs' number would be lower, if it weren't for the division in which they play. But if Arkansas finds a way to upset just one, either Alabama or LSU, it could have a chance to sneak in there by December. Tyler Wilson is a year older, and the offense won't be a problem. It's all a matter of how the Razorbacks adjust to a new defensive scheme. Good news: Bama and LSU come to the Natural State.
