RedbudTech.com tackles IT challenges in areas of configuration, accounting management, fault management, security and performance management, he said.

"We also provide training services that allow the users of the technology to be more efficient with the technology,” Junker said.

Advanced technology is becoming more affordable for small companies, leading them to adopt systems that were only used by large corporations, he said.

"For example, RAID (redundant array of independent disks) technology used to be available only on servers,” Junker said. "I think we will see more and more of that technology implemented on workstations in the near future.”
