Why the SaberCats can pull it off: Southmoore is this year's pick for West-side team most likely to end the Jenks/Tulsa Union juggernaut.
Southmoore has the most star power in the state with three players committed to OU — junior quarterback Kendal Thompson, defensive back Julian Wilson and the versatile Austin Haywood.
And those aren't the only stars for Southmoore, as Nyko Symonds and several others are also capable of making big-time plays.
The SaberCats also figure to not be intimidated when they come up against the best from the East.
Other candidates: Broken Arrow, Midwest City, Mustang.
