An Oklahoma City man was arrested after his girlfriend told police he threatened her with a screwdriver and forced her to take off her clothes.

Officers responded about 6 a.m. Monday to reports of a woman screaming in the 1300 block of Drexel Boulevard. They found Christian Rincon, 27, on top of a woman wearing no clothes in a black SUV, according to a police report.

The woman, who said she was Rincon’s girlfriend, told police they were driving in the vehicle when it broke down. The couple then got in an argument, and the woman tried to leave, police reported.

She told police Rincon pulled her by the hair back into the car and continued driving until the car broke down again. When she tried to leave again, Rincon threatened to stab her with a screwdriver, put it to her throat and threatened to kill her, according to the report.

Rincon forced her back into the car and continued driving to the 1300 block of Drexel Boulevard. When he pulled the vehicle over, he told the woman to take her clothes off, according to the report.

Rincon remained in the Oklahoma County jail Wednesday on complaints of domestic assault with a deadly weapon and assault and battery.
