Man accused of choking girlfriend with his dreadlocks
An Oregon man is accused of using his dreadlocks to choke his girlfriend Monday morning. According to a local TV station, a woman told police that her boyfriend, Caleb Grotberg, 32, assaulted her and choked her with his hair. Grotberg was located nearby and booked into the Multnomah County jail.
