Man accused of exposing himself to Oklahoma City drivers

A New Jersey man is accused of exposing himself to passing motorists in southwest Oklahoma City, police report.

Lawton Levon Lowe, 41, of Newark, N.J., was arrested Monday on a public indecency complaint.

Police were told a man in the area of SW 3 and S Western Avenue was exposing himself to passing motorists while waving at them, according to the incident report.

An officer found Lowe walking toward Interstate 40 on S Western, facing oncoming northbound traffic. Lowe was wearing pants and boxer shorts but his penis was exposed where passing motorists could clearly see it, according to the report.

Lowe was taken to the Oklahoma County jail and was released Tuesday.
