Man accused of exposing himself to Oklahoma City drivers

Lawton Levon Lowe, 41, of Newark, N.J., was arrested Monday on a complaint of public indecency after Oklahoma City police were notified a man was showing his penis to passing motorists in southwest Oklahoma City.
