Man arrested after body found Monday morning in south Oklahoma City

Police report an Oklahoma City man has been arrested in the incident.

10:40 a.m. Douglas Lee Phillips, 60, of Oklahoma City, has been arrested on a murder complaint in the death of a man found dead Monday morning, police Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said.

5:45 a.m. Police are investigating a body found in south Oklahoma City Monday morning.

The body was found about 5 a.m. behind a trash bin at 5745 S Pennsylvania Ave., according to police radio and local TV reports.
