EDMOND - Charges against a 29-year-old man arrested on assault and kidnapping complaints are pending in Oklahoma County District Court.

Eric Lee Bohannan, Edmond, was arrested this week on complaints of assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping and domestic abuse. He remains in the Oklahoma County jail on $61,500 bail.
His wife, Brandy Bohannan, was granted a temporary protective order against her husband Tuesday. A hearing on a permanent protective order will be June 13.
Police were called to a house in the 400 block of Cherryvale Road about 4 a.m. Sunday.
Brandy Bohannan said her husband was intoxicated and threatened to kill her and himself, according to a police report released Wednesday.
Eric Bohannan made her sit on the floor as he cocked a gun and reached for some bullets, the report states. He also hit her and put pepper spray in her eyes before she was able to break away and run to a neighbor's home, the report states.
