A Warr Acres man is accused of peeping at a woman through a hole in the wall of a portable toilet at Will Rogers Park in northwest Oklahoma City, police said.

Oklahoma City police were called about 4:20 p.m. Thursday to Will Rogers Park, 3312 N Portland Ave., regarding suspicious activity.

A woman told police she was in the portable toilet when she saw the man's eyes looking at her through a hole in the wall. She exited the toilet, got in her car and called 911, according to a police incident report.

Two portable toilets stand next to each other.

From her car, she saw a man get out of the portable toilet next to the one she had entered and shove the two units closer together.

Police arrived and arrested the man after questioning him.

John N. Dugan, 50, was arrested on a peeping Tom complaint.

He was taken to the Oklahoma County jail, where he posted $500 bail Friday.

Dugan was not immediately available for comment.
