Oklahoma City police arrested a man on a peeping Tom complaint after a store employee told police she saw the man take photos of women up their skirts and shorts.

Micah D. Unruh, 35, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the Walmart parking lot at 6100 W Reno Ave., according to the police report.

A Walmart employee told police she noticed a man following women wearing loose shorts or short skirts around the store, and taking photos of these women from behind and in between their legs “as if he was taking pictures of their private parts” while they were shopping, according to the report.

She told police it was the second day he was there doing that, but he left the store the first time before police were notified.

Police followed Unruh out of the store and asked him what his business was at the store. He responded, “Being a jerk,” according to the report.

Police found 27 pictures of five women on Unruh's phone, 15 of them taken while the camera was lowered toward the ground, pointing up skirts and shorts, according to the report.
